Answers to common purchasing questions.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 units for both standard and customized products.
Can I request a sample?
Free miniature samples are available. The customer pays shipping. Samples are normally dispatched within 15 days, with the earliest dispatch in 10 days.
Which writing tools should I use?
Black and green writing surfaces are for chalk. White writing surfaces are for markers. Confirm your preferred surface when requesting a quotation.
What can be customized?
Customization varies by model and can include size, board surface type, frame style, frame color and logo. See the relevant product page and contact us to confirm your specification.
How long does production take?
For an order of 100 units, standard styles take 7–15 days and customized styles take up to 22 days. We quote after drawing confirmation. Lead time starts when the deposit is received.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is by T/T: 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before the goods leave the factory.
What warranty do you provide?
The complete product has a 5-year warranty; the writing surface has a 10-year warranty. For quality issues within the applicable warranty period, free replacement parts are supplied with the next order. After the warranty, replacement parts are supplied at cost.
How is transport damage handled?
If damaged products are 5% or less of the total order quantity, no compensation is provided. A quantity of spare vulnerable parts is included with the shipment. If damage exceeds 5%, SUNNY covers all damaged products and the replacement shipping costs.
